RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

We need to receive the booking at least 2 months in advance. All the bookings are confirmed only on

tentative basis until the receipt of full payment.

PAYMENT

The payment should reach us in full 45 days in advance. The payment may be transferred to our

bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once visa is processed & tour programmes booked & subsequently cancelled shall be subject to the

following charges:

a) within 30 days of start of programme - 25% of total cost

b) within 21 days - 50 % of the rate

c) within 14 days - 100 % of the rate

OTEHRS

There will not be any refund for the unutilized services.

Any change of service after the tour is confirmed is solely on the discretion of Travel Makers Nepal.

Any extra cost arising from such changes will be collected directly from the customers. However,

there will be no refund when such services are of lower cost than the original.
